If Paddy can just find that "Fine line between confidence, growth & gratitude. *While not letting Fame get to him. It sadly can make u delusional/ arrogant/ fake." true it was a 50/50 fight and i am sure the team knows he has a lot to improve for the top 5 but the backlash was like jake paul bots swarmed and then real fans got contaged by the "opinion wave" (confirmation bias..thats how modern media works) there were way worse decisions than this one and everybody pretended it was "worst decision in history" which is simply not true. it was very very close and could go either way but it wasnt a robbery. he had more sig strikes and reversed takedowns and did more damage but gordon certainly surprised them and showed he is a next level opponent.. paddy needs to step up for the top..he cant just ignore all critics know just bc a lot of haters come up..there is some good critique to improve too..he was too careless more sharpness and focus maybe but what do i know..the air gets thin at the top

He’s plateaued and can barely scrape out a win against someone that isn’t even in the top 20 with paid off judges; if there wasn’t such an investment in his “star power” the judges would’ve had him losing to jared 100 times out of 100. I didn't see any of the "Connor like" behavior that turned so many people off that week, in this video. I hope that means that he and his team pulled together and decided that it wasn't a good look. I love your channel, I love the vlogs, I love the pod cast, and a big reason is your super positive attitude. Yes you are confident even a little cocky but you are genuine and the week leading up to the Jarrod fight it seemed a little contrived almost scripted that you were kind of leaning into the Baddy part of things. LAD (if I might borrow from your culture) you are such a cool dude don't follow in Connor's footsteps. I know he cashed in on trash talk but I don't think you have to. Ride this wave make some investments start some business and set your self up YES all great ideas BUT stay Paddy! Love Ya Brother!

@@Ziggyvu You don't think people are mad about labeling Ariel a "rodent" and "rat" while being a self-proclaimed advocate for mental health/anti-bullying? Or claiming to be anti-Tories while sucking up to Dana, the man who does actually profit off fighters? It's the hypocricy that I think people are mad about, not a "miscommunication".

@Niall Watts Well, I think Helwani is a rat, always have and without Dana White, MMA wouldn't be as mainstream as it is. You can call it tory if you want, but the guy was the driving force in bringing a very fringe event and turning into a sport. No one else has done that in such a short amount of time. Helwani, over the course of career, has been an antagonistic individual to many fighters. He loves to stir shit. That isn't journalism. He inserts his opinion instead of just reporting a story. He has an ego all his own but refuses to step in a cage.

“Crying over a journalist or something” Not only is that a gigantic downplay and simplification but it also shows you don’t keep up with mma at all and you just chase the UFCs flavour of the month. Also his win over Jared was top 5 robberies in the history of the promotion and he had no grace, just acted like an arrogant prick about it

I have to agree with some comments, the competition gets much harder now, need to work on defending, keeping the chin down more, and striking accuracy. Like I always say, keep shining bro! Great seeing what goes on behind the scenes. I did some weight cut and dehydration tests at uni and they are brutal. Unless you've done it you can't appreciate how sickening these are. Sure you'll take account of the good and bad in the fight. Th striking needs more control and not so street fight like and you know that chin has got to get tucked in. With you all the way. Keep living the dream bro.
