We dont need to find the spacing of Temp bars for wall footings because they are longitudinal bars. You just need to express them in pcs. But if you really want to compute it, then its =( width of wall ftng - 150 - 2*transverse bar dia-2*temp bar dia) ÷(number of temp bars-1)
