தென்கச்சி கோ. சுவாமிநாதன் ஒரு புகழ்பெற்ற பேச்சாளர். அகில இந்திய வானொலியில் ஏறக்குறைய 14 ஆண்டுகள் ஒலிபரப்பப்பட்ட அவரது indru oru thagaval நிகழ்ச்சியை நாம் மறக்கவே முடியாது. தமிழிலும் பல நூல்களை வெளியிட்டார். அவர் "அகில இந்திய வானொலியில்" பிரபலமான தினசரி போர்காம் நிகழ்ச்சியை தொகுத்து வழங்கியவர் மற்றும் கதை சொல்பவராக மிகவும் பிரபலமானவர். நிகழ்ச்சியின் பெயர் Indru Oru Thagaval. தமிழகம் முழுவதும் தினமும் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான மக்கள் பல ஆண்டுகளாக தினமும் காலையில் அவரது குரலைக் கேட்டு எழுகிறார்கள். அவருடைய Indru Oru Thagaval நிகழ்ச்சியை இன்னும் பலர் கேட்க விரும்புகிறார்கள்.
தென்கச்சி கோ. சுவாமிநாதன் தமிழ்நாடு வேளாண்மைப் பல்கலைக்கழகம் கோவையில் வேளாண் துறையில் பட்டப்படிப்பை முடித்தார். அதன் பிறகு சுவாமிநாதன் வேளாண்மைத் துறையில் வேளாண்மை விரிவாக்க அலுவலராகப் பணிபுரிந்தார். 1988ஆம் ஆண்டு அகில இந்திய வானொலியில் 12 ஆண்டுகள் தொடர்ந்து 12 ஆண்டுகள் இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியை நடத்தி வந்தார். அவரது நுட்பமான நகைச்சுவை உணர்வு, தகவல் தொடர்புத் திறன் ஆகியவற்றால் இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி பெரும் வெற்றி பெற்றது. மற்றும் எளிய மொழியின் பயன்பாடு. தற்போது அவரது நிகழ்ச்சிகளும் கதைகளும் ஆன்லைனில் வெளிவருகின்றன. இப்போதும் கூட, பலர் அவருடைய குரலைக் கேட்க விரும்புகிறார்கள்.
