While I'm waiting for the Lord to remember me, I, Tuco Ramirez, brother of "Brother" Ramirez will tell you something! You think you're better than I am... where we came from, if one did not want to die in poverty, one became a priest or a bandit! You chose your way, I chose mine. *Mine* was harder! You talk about Mother and Father... you forget that when you left to become a priest *I* stayed behind! I must have been ten, twelve, I don't remember which, but *I stayed*! I tried, but it was no good! Now I'm going to tell you something... you became a priest because you were too much of a coward to do what I do. Wonderful tribute, master Morricone would be proud.

Fantastic! You can play it without the backing track by going up and down the A string then switching to D for the chord change. It helps if you pluck or strum at least two of the melodic notes whilst doing so. But I guess you knew all that!!! Fantastic mate, great choice, please do Sundown from the same score.
@danjonesguitar3 жыл бұрын
Thanks Paul! Yes, The Sundown is on my list to get to.

@@danjonesguitar Sorry what I meant was that for that first part in Am you can let the A string kind of drone for some of the time with your thumb and repeat it on the D string for the second part, if you know what I mean! A way of playing it without a backing track. Sorry for being a back street driver and all that...

Very good version Dan. Are you playing over the track here or do you have your own backing track to play along to?
@danjonesguitar3 жыл бұрын
Thanks Edward! The second option; I played / programmed the string parts to go alongside the guitar.

Very creative Dan. Unfortunately I am useless at backing tracks or sequencing!
