What is the advantage of using the hunting rifle over the assault rifle?

Hunting rifle has higher accuracy and, maybe, slightly higher damage per shot.

bolt rifle: super damaging, dead accurate, and if the projectile kills the target it may continue into the target behind it (if it hasn't lost all its velocity) so one shot can kill a row of weaker enemies at once. m4 rifle: roughly half as deadly as the bolt rifle per shot, and less accurate, but its full auto output makes it the best bug-out weapon. still deadly enough that you can use it to drop common monsters with one or two taps, and quickly at that. both guns are game changers at any range.
