Mam @ 10:40 for swap in of 2 you have replaced 3 instead of 0.you said that it is based on fifo and 0 comes before 3.right?

what you actually saying is wrong. It is NOT replacing pages in the MM, it takes the block in the particular address and it trys to put this block into the cache. If the cache is full, so it has to use some sort of replacement algorithm in that case FIFO. It replaces the page in the Cache ! There are some sort of caches, they might forward this block also to the MM, but in this case it only replaces in the cache!
