Pahadi local meat refers to the local lamb meat from the Indian mountain region. The goats and sheep of these areas eat grass and herbs from mountains which gives them nutrition and development to their bodies. It enhances their meat quality when they get matured. The meat of these animals tastes amazingly delicious and aromatic. In this video, I am cooking this local meat in the village style of the Indian mountain region. So let's get started.

Ingredients:
500 grams of goat/lamb meat, 2 big-sized onions, 4 green chilies, 1 small piece of ginger, 50 grams of cloves of garlic, 1 big-sized tomato, 1 piece of cinnamon, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 teaspoon of peppercorns, 3-4 cloves, 2 green cardamoms, 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 4 whole red chilies, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of cumin powder, 1/2 tablespoon of Garam Masala powder, salt as per taste, 1 tablespoon of Kasoori Methi(dry fenugreek leaves), 1/4 cup of mustard oil, and a few coriander leaves to garnish.
