മറ്റു വിഡിയോകളിൽ വേറെ ഡോക്ടർ പറയുന്നത് വേരിക്കോസ് പോലുള്ള ഞരബുലലൂടെ പ്രവർത്തനമാണ് എന്നാണ് തന്നെയുമല്ല മാത്‍സ്യങ്ങൾ ഒഴിവാക്കാണും പറയുന്നു നന്നായി വെള്ളം കുടിക്കുവാനും പഴങ്ങൾ കഴിക്കുവാനും പറയുന്നു ഈവിഡിയോയിൽ ഇതൊന്നും പറയുന്നത് കണ്ടില്ല
