If the company has authorised capital of 1,00,000 rupees, and the face value of each share is 10 and so 10,000 shares are authorised, if there is one founder and two angel investors, only 5000 shares are issued and the founder has 2500 and each angel investor gets 1250 shares each,so my question is whether the total money the company has as initial share capital is 50,000 rupees or 1,00,000 rupees?
