No matter how good a situation looks on the surface, there is always one guy who rains on the parade. Here is the rain: watching UCONN feature Azzi & Paige scoring 50 pts every night is boring for the spectator & destructive for the three girls on the court who are underused. It's also destructive for reserves like Caroline & Nika. I'm talking transfer out at the end of the 2022 Season destructive. On the other hand, the UCONN team that had Caroline Ducharme starting at point guard had everyone on the floor involved in the game in every way. Those girls were not bored; they played with heart & commitment. Sure, Paige finds the running, open girl on the fast break. Certainly, she always looks for the hot shooter, but the girl running & shooting will be Azzi. That's the problem that Gino must solve if the 2022 Huskies are going to be in the Final Four & Beyond this year.

This is probably the most inaccurate analysis I’ve seen year. Buecker is probably on of the most intuitive players in college basketball. Her vision is unparalleled offensively and defensively. Azzi Fudd is a baller shot caller and has more than proven herself as a true freshmen. 2 number 1 recruits of their year that played together growing up is a coaches dream. As far as “The other 3”, lol UCONN is a inside driven team, they use their post as they’re spear head. I can’t believe you would assume something like this especially after how the team responded after the injuries. #youcantball

No advantage in going early. They already has Gatoraid endorsement. No college girl has ever gone early to the WNBA. Each will make more in endorsements than any WNBA contract.

I believe a girl from Michigan State did too. Some have speculated that Paige is the best female player in the world even at her age, so it wouldn't be a stretch to think she may declare early. It's already been talked about.
