This game it was so much fun watching Juju and Paige go back and forth! Paige AND Juju took the challenge of Guarding each other as well, i LOVED that. Juju is a hell of a player, she was very sad after the game but rest assured she will back to many Final 4s before her college career is over. USC is getting a BUNCH of top recruits next year , her team gonna be much much better!

100% I would love for them to be in different sides of the bracket next year and set up for a final four / natty matchup between them. That battle will definitely be great

I loved that Paige and Juju actually guarded each other at some points. Most star players fuck smoke

That’s a fact I’m with you there, I wanna see the best guard the best. They are 2 pure hoopers I’m sure they told their coaches what it was.

Can't really compare Paige to JuJu. Paige is basically a seasoned pro, is a very efficient scorer, and great facilitator. JuJu is going to be a great player, but she's just a freshman, and she will learn how to better choose her shots and get her teammates involved. Scary thing about UCONN is Paige is coming back next year, and all those 5-star injured players on the bench will be back. Not sure anyone will be able to hang with them.

Juju is snart, she’s gonna study the best and work on her game to bring it to the next level. She’s already where they were as freshman. She will be a force with them in the pros.

To be fair Paige was also a better freshman than Juju has been.

@@cobra7282this is a fact. People forget Paige was the NPOY as a freshman.

@@everybodylovesjuju12Paige was much better as a freshman. People also dont realize that she missed all of her sophomore regual season, so she's really only played 2 full seasons. That's stunning. She is far better defensively, as a playmaker, shooter, leader and clutch player. Paige is a different animal. JuJu can be a very good scorer, but she'll never be what Paige is, you can't teach it.

As a HUGE Caitlin Clark and Paige Bueckers fan , i'm cool with either of them winning a NATY. Paige has battled through A LOT her college career. Came in with huge expectations, one of the first female women to get the mainstream attention like that her Freshman year , then injury her Sophomore year sidelined her for half a season, then came back and led her team to the Championship game , lost and then just as everyone was excited to see her back healthy for a full season again she tore her ACL, sidelined again for 1 year, Caitlin/Reese climbed to the top and everyone seemed to have forgotten about Paige all of a sudden. Now, full year back healthy, she is back in another Final 4 with a depleted roster with half the team out injured (she hasn't missed a Final 4 when she is healthy). Then you have Caitlin who is hugely responsible for bringing women's basketball viewership to new heights, just a beautiful player to watch, so electric, so fun, handles everything with grace , great ambassador for the women's game, carrying her hometown team against programs with much bigger history and more talent, got disrespected last year at the championship game took it on the chin , came back and took Iowa to the Final 4 again despite people saying her team wasn't nearly as good as it was last year. Their battle is going to be super interesting to watch. Again, as far as talent i feel like Uconn has more of it even with the injuries but again, as long as Iowa has Caitlin Clark they can win any game.

This is another matchup that honestly can go either way, as most games do it’s gonna come down to the supporting cast; how well is Arnold, Edwards, Shade gonna play as well as Martin, Marshall etc. Would definitely love to see Caitlin and Paige guard eachother a few times, I love that aspect of the game: the best playing the best.

JuJu gonna be a monster after this first off season. If this is how she startin off pssh I can’t wait to see what she like next season #generationaltalent

Love your reactions because i can tell you just love ball, being an LSU fan makes sense you rooting for your team but you call it spade to spade and show love to all these ladies! Love it!

Thank you! I try my best to be objective no matter if it’s my team playing or not I just respect greatness and history and that’s what Caitlin Clark, and the Hawkeyes are as a whole

Edwards drove right past Marshall. That’s lack of scouting on the Coach. They should have told her Edwards will go around Marshall don’t come out.

i wouldnt mind if either uconn or iowa won it all as well. sc is formidable tho. if i had to choose i would prefer iowa win it all cause ive followed them all year but i like paige too.

100% SC are the Monstars 😂 realistically don’t see anyone beating them but if anyone can do it, the winner of this Iowa UConn game have a great shot at doing it

Forbes hurt them. She didn’t not use Juju the way they needed.

I think Forbes may have let the moment get to her, if she’s back next year i wholeheartedly believe she’ll be better for it and this experience will only help them

Definitely one of the worst shooting in history. 17-53 with 6 total assists in her last 2 games. 39% for the season. Inside the arch. Hoist more shots by far and you break records. They won’t talk about the poor shooting , most missed shot records though
@everybodylovesjuju126 ай бұрын
I just think on both they had good defensive schemes and shots were difficult at best to make coupled with plenty of no calls on Juju. That being said this game was competitive and the best team won that day.
@dmillionaire6 ай бұрын
Yes but honestly I don’t stress efficiency from younger players because in that first year you’re really just trying to play ball - get to your spots and knock down shots you’ve been making all your life. Juju is going to dominate next year, no doubt about it

@@dmillionaire I think it will be like LSU. Close first half. But Iowa’s going to be running and I don’t see UCONN being able to hang in the 3rd & 4th qtrs. With their depleted roster.
@frankiek22693 ай бұрын
@@youtube6238. That didn’t age well! A controversial call ended the game. Iowa most likely would have won, because, like Paige said, if your game comes down to a call, you didn’t do enough anyway.
