Amanda is lazy, Kyle's a workaholic doing everything for their future. Letting "someone be" literally means paying a huge salary to another person, a salary that is currently going to Amanda and kept in the family and they cannot afford to lose whilst the business is going through tough times. That's just selfish and lazy. Help Kyle, Loverboy and work extremely hard until the business is back to a good place then Amanda can make her step away and when she does "I'm not a morning person" mentality will slap her in the face with the reality of running a business. If it isn't obvious already, the EXIT PLAN of this business is to get it to peak sales then sell it off for millions which will end up in both their banks and get them set for life. That's worth putting everything into.

Paige should get her own act together with Craig before advising Kyle on what he needs to do. Paige dictates everything with Craig but gives him very little. She’s just not willing to give him the things he wants. She redirects, deflects, cries, and basically telling him it’s her way or the highway. Craig should move on before he wastes his life and effort to find it’s not going anywhere. Let Paige go, and find someone that’s into you Craig. You’re in a manipulative dictatorship not a relationship. Do it before it’s too late. She’s stringing you along. Then one day she’ll wake and tell you it’s over, and you would have wasted a lot of you life, time and effort for something that isn’t going anywhere.

Kyle is a great guy and so funny and hardworking. Kyle is the reason I started watching the show! Kyle needs to sort out the things that connect him with Amanda. Kyle needs to divorce her!
