Okay so I'm a freshman and this is my first year vaulting, I cleared 7'6 but seasons already over and it only lasted abt a month and a half maybe shorter so by sophomore year I would like to be hitting 10. Do you know any good places for that and how to get there. I want to get good enough for a scholarship yk.

@@e-money2427 Good job. There are several things you can work on that will help improve your vault. Sprint/speed training, strength training, general gymnastics tumbling, and learning the general concepts and principles of pole vault. All of this can be done at home. I recommend reaching out to your coach or any pole vault coaches of the teams you compete with and see about summer and winter training opportunities. The number one thing that will help you succeed is to always have fun.
