I start reading the green about 50 yards away as I'm walking up. The view from a distance gives you a general idea of the slopes. Often I have trouble seeing break when you're right on top of it.

Love watching the Masters, haven’t missed one in over 30 yrs! I really like the idea of splitting the putt in half and hit that mark, seems a lot easier breaking it down that way! Also, great tip about hitting those real fast putts using the toe of the putter. Some of the courses I play, seems the greenskeepers are just plain diabolical when choosing where to place the hole, hopefully that tip will help! Thanks Paige, another great instructional video!

Any plans on playing some golf in Ireland whenever the World returns to normal,? besides the obvious well know Irish courses you may have heard of I recommend esker hills county Offaly athy golf course county Kildare and the last one the heritage killanard county Laois all three courses about a one hour drive from Dublin the capital city it would great to see you over here someday mind yourself.

Augusta National uses that beautiful bentgrass on the greens which is pretty amazing since that's considered a cool season grass. That's most likely why Augusta is closed during the summer, otherwise the bentgrass would not survive the heat in addition to wear and tear. Ball should roll more true on bentgrass greens vs bermudagrass greens.

Thank you so much for these tips. I will be putting in my routine immediately. Trying to hit to a break has been one of my bigger problems. In my house time is measured as before the Masters and after the Masters. Last year really messed us up on our timing. As soft as it was, that wasn't a true Masters to us.

I'm going to try that mid point target- i've heard it before but hadnt integrated it into my game. Its especially good because most putts dont break early anyway because the speed is greater early in the putt.

Hello Paige, I personally think you should try shooting a golf video up in Maine. The state itself is pretty, the golf courses there can be quite challenging, and right now it's a great time to be up there. The best courses I know of in Maine are the ones in Portland and Bangor.
