Paignton. Driving along seafront and streets

Travelling to Cornwall continues. Paignton is another town we are driving along.
Paignton is a seaside town on the coast of Torbay in Devon, England. Together with Torquay and Brixham it forms the borough of Torbay which was created in 1968. The Torbay area is a holiday destination known as the English Riviera.

It's very rough, graffiti, litter, empty shops, huge pot holes, the homeless in doors ways, drunks and druggies everywhere & very noisy especially when the bikers invade the town every weekend, Wednesday and Bank Holiday 🤔... Bring your ear defenders....

Yes, it's now in serious decay and has been let go badly by the council.
