I’ve been to Paignton several times but found out things in your video I did not know. I did not realise that Wetherspoon’s had an outside area. The white hotel near the seafront is the Marine Hotel where I have stayed 3 or 4 times. I have often seen people sitting on the seats across the park area from the hotel, but did not realise that it was the back of Wetherspoons. The signs in the houses about the road closure would be the about the main shopping street from the train station to the beach area. When I was there the council were making it a pedestrian area, then a restricted car area, and the shop keepers were up in arms about loss of trade when cars could not access or park. The blue area shown on the road was part of the traffic regulation area. Thanks for filming.
