Potatoes are popular these days. Today’s menu is a ‘bird’s nest pancake,’ which was featured on House Cook Master Baek.

Bird’s nest pancake
[Ingredients]
2 (400g) potatoes
1/4 cup (40g) sausages
3 eggs
1/3 cup (40g) cooking oil
2/5 tbsp (4g) fine salt
Pepper
Parsley
Ketchup
[Directions]
1. Peel the potatoes and shred them finely.
2. Slice the sausages finely like the potatoes.
3. Mix the shredded potatoes and salt in a bowl, then add the sausages.
4. Add cooking oil to a pan and stir-fry the potatoes and sausages.
5. When the potatoes are cooked, reduce to low heat, then make a space in the potatoes for the eggs.
6. Add cooking oil to an empty space, break the eggs in, then season the eggs with flavoring salt.
7. Add more cooking oil to the edge of the pan, then cover to slowly cook the eggs.
8. When the eggs are cooked outside, uncover, add a little bit of cooking oil, and then cook over medium heat until the bottom is crispy.
9. Once the bottom side is golden, move it to a plate and sprinkle some parsley and pepper to finish.
10. Serve with ketchup if desired.
