Catherine

Hello friends
I went up to the garden around 8 a.m. to water it properly and collect some grass to use as mulch.
The employees of the municipality (or the association which takes care of the gardens) have finally cut the grass which was growing strongly in the common areas, so I took advantage of collecting some to use as mulch to use why not between leeks and beans.
I watered early in the morning after hoeing well so the soil will be fresh for longer.
I thought I was done with these mini green mites on my peach tree. A few days ago I treated it well with Bordeaux mixture (it doesn't do any harm) and the day before yesterday I also watered the entire tree, the branches and the trunks (my peach tree splits into two trunks) to eliminate as many as possible of these critters that bother me...... but today I still saw that they are still present (much less numerous but still there).
So, please, if any of you read this and think you know what it is, please help me and tell me how to get rid of it. THANKS.
I also watered a spot that housed a small part of my red onions, because the soil there is so hard that a week ago it was almost impossible for me to work it. So today I turned it over as best I could with my spade fork (bought at the market for €25.00) then I hoeed the earth as best I could. Then (as I plan to put 4 or 5 cabbages there) I covered the earth with the rest of mulch in a very thick layer (so the earth will remain moist and I will be able to work it well when transplanting the cabbages) (if I still find some...)
A little less present this week and still at least ten days because I'm waiting for my new furniture so I have to empty the others and call Emmaüs to give them to them. Lots of cleaning afterwards too, tidying up and thinking about resting (I always do more than I can handle)
Happy gardening to all.
