I want to know how are the DPP Paula Llewellyn is telling the police, and indecom to charged all 3 persons for murder. How are you going to charged all 3 of them for murder, and they does not know who really killed that young lady. The prosecution is going to run into some big trouble in court, because one person who land the fatal blow or blows. Which caused the death of the young lady, they should be charged for adding on a betting, or principal in the 2nd degree to murder. All 3 persons does not killed the young lady, acting or helping. They should be charged with different charges, away from the person who does the killing.When you listened to some of those new charges,under the corruption act. It is all nonesense whosoever wrote those charges,any good lawyers. Can get those charges dropped, because they are charging them under the wrong section also chapter and. That can really messed up the case, if you charged the person under the wrong section and chapter.Because the points to prove the case is not there at all, but now days most of the lawyers them. Does not want to work, they joined up with the prosecution, and tell their clients. They are going to take a plea deal, which more time. Sending the accused person to prison, more than going to trial, because they does not have any form of circumstantial evidence.To proved their case or cases, because the court system is very much corrupted.The DPP Paula Llewellyn is very smart, she does not want to take up the case and. Laid the charges against the accused person's them, because she does not too sure about the charges at all. I have seeing several cases where the person or person's was charged wrongfully,under the section and chapter.Where the court have no other options, more than dropping the charge or charges.There is too much excitement about this case, like it is the very first time police officers is accused of. Killing their lover or lovers, this nothing new at all and .Nobody knows the circumstances why she was killed, anyway, let us wait to see the trial.All the cyber bullies out there, can take me on now,ok.
