Is there an actual form that we need to fill up after the pain assessment and for the handwashing do we need to demontrate it to the examiner or verbalizing it would be enough?

PAIN ASSESSMENT: you will be verbally assessed. HANDWASHING: Yes, you have to demonstrate it while verbalizing every steps. (Most specially when you are about to start a procedure. At the end, of the procedure, you can just verbalize that you "will wash hands with soap and water after the procedure" without demonstration and verbalizing the steps.)

Hi there. If I understood your question, what you will have on this station is the scenario and the PAIN SCALE CHART. There's no documentation needed in this scenario. All you have to do is to verbalise that you will document your pain assessment after the procedure. Hope this helps.

Hi there. There is no documentation here in this station. However, as part of the marking criteria, you have to verbalise that you will have to document what you have done (pain assessment) after the procedure.
