I usually like it more when you're doing well but this race was absolutely hilarious. You basically had a selection rigged against you, the absolute chaos in race and the blimp explosion just killed me. Some say benny is still flying to this day.

i know this is random but since it's getting colder again i've been reminded that the christmas special will be coming up fairly soon and something that is still missing there is proper lighting around the entire track, i don't know why but i randomly remembered this as it was something brough mentioned a few times back then

@@DiNmiTe Broughy mentioned several times, that the track on the sea gets too dark at night making the cars look completely black. Maybe some more light props can fix that? Broughy suggested flood lights placed around the track for good visuals.

@@TheLeon1897 ye since that video the track has been updated and i've had a look, it has floodlights now which should help still gotta deal with the FiveM light pop-in but yea- tbh never noticed it as an issue before lol

@@bencezavarko7312 there was simply no way for him to rejoin onto the track without going backwards on an active track, which is binnable. exactly why broughy was binned. so he waited until every one passed and finished, and then managed to land and complete his long lap

It’s always been my go-to for as long as I’ve been playing, and it still will be regardless of whether it’s updated or not; just curious if it has been recently and I just can’t tell or if it’s still a work in progress.

The car testing spreadsheet? The new cars are at the bottom, he'll normally updates it entirely when all dripfeed cars are released from a DLC

@@rhinocort1184 ah of course his retesting, completely forgot he's doing this. his retesting will take a long time, so yeah the spreadsheet won't be updated until all testing is done at the end of the year iirc for the most part cars won't change positions so its still pretty accurate, there's also gtacars.net if you want lap time and top speed info of the Mercenaries DLC cars

Would it have been possible for Benny to drive backwards around the track to grab his next checkpoint? He got flipped onto solid ground But i don't know if this server allows grabbing checkpoints after driving the wrong way

we don't allow driving backwards on track unless the track is clear, which for Benny it wasn't until the end, and also why Broughy was sin-binned at the end of the race

Some of those times where i landed on the ground, my car was cactus and it would trigger a respawn cause the motor was gone. But pretty much what dinmite mentioned. It would have been too dangerous with such a long car to driv ebackwards on track to grab a checkpoint with other players coming the other way.
