So, if guy's original speed is 11m/s and with the weights 10m/s that means the weights bounds his speed by (11m/s - 10m/s) = 1m/s. So if with 8 gates guy's original speed is 11,000km/s that means his speed with the weights will be 11,000km/s - 0.001km/s = 10,999.999km/s. Sage mode is said to enhance "physical strength", and you see Naruto lifting and throwing freaking kurama. so it tracks that insane physical strength => insane lifting strength. saying gai wouldn't be able to lift the animals is an assumption based on practically nothing

Pulling him into a large scale jutsu from one of the other paths is one thing, but pulling him into a close range strike would be the absolute worst choice it could make. Guy's best strategy is to start with a lower level of power and work upwards. The main problem is that, even though Might Guy can beat Pain in raw power, the use of bodies as avatars makes Pain able to survive by having one body (even if it's Nagato) distant and waiting for Guy to collapse exhausted I think 6th gate guy is relevant. 6th gates weren't needed to match 1/3rd power Kisame. 6 gates were needed to quickly overwhelm Kisame. Because the gates buffs don't last long and drain you, they're best used to end fights quickly, so going a gate above what's necessary to win is probably a good idea. 8th gate guy might be able to kill all the paths with one attack unless they disperse a lot I would assume that he can chuck the animals away. I don't know why the strength buffs from opening the gates just wouldn't apply to throwing or lifting. Pain's best strategy is to get the Animal Path far away so he can get the other pains out of there, especially the one that resurrects the other paths. To facilitate this, he could launch attacks with the other paths and summon a bunch of animals, then use shinra tensei to create distance. Nagato surviving and Guy being exhausted means, I think, that Pain would probably win overall even if Guy took out the paths with the 7th gate

A lot of people think Gai and Lee are just goofy characters, failing to realize how awesome they are. Granted, the series kinda relegated them to the side after Shippuden came around, but I really like their "Train, try until you make it" moto, being hands down the best Taijustsu characters in the series. Not to mention, their power-up actually has drawbacks, unlike the Uchiha who invent a power every Arc and have ways to bypass all their restrictions or Naruto, who becomes better because protagonist power (at a point he doesn't even train anymore, just unlocks the powers with the power of friendship).

That’s the thing about the Eight Gates: I struggle to say someone “wins” with the eighth gate because they also die as a result without contrivance no jutsu. I feel like you can win using up to the seventh gate and opening number eight is when you accept that you’re not winning and want to force a draw. Also, if we’re having this fight within the context of the actual plot by having Guy pop up in Konoha instead of Naruto and company at the exact same time as they did originally, this fight just doesn’t happen. Animal Path just reverse summons Deva Path right on out of there and they head off to Mt. Myoboku.😁

You keep saying that 6th gate Guy could only beat 30% Kisame, but that's not true. That's just the on-panel fight we get to see. 6th Gate Lee punched a meteor in half with on the 6th gate. I'd argue that 6th gate guy is at least as fast as sage Naruto, if not faster. Rock Lee, with only five gates open, was so fast that even the sharingan couldn't keep up with his movements. Rock Lee did NOT possess the stamina that Guy does. He couldn't perform in the 5th gate for the extended periods that Guy can. I think many are assuming too much. I don't think that Guy necessarily required the 6th gate to beat Kisame .. as the Kisame clone didn't even use Kisame's more dangerous jutsus to necessitate Guy needing more power. I don't think I have encountered any characters that weren't elite that could deal with the 5th gate open. In fact, Lee was faster than nearly every character WITHOUT ANY gates open. Guy and Lee don't need the gates to be faster than their opponents. They need the gates to be faster than their opponents jutsu! That said, I don't see anyone outside Kyuubi enhanced Naruto, 6-Path enhanced Sasuke, the 4th Raikage, Minato and maybe Tobirama being able to match speed with a 6th gate user who has mastered that state. 7th Gate easily made Guy kage-level. He was able to attack a 6 Path resurrected Madara, but could do much damage because of all of the OP elements Madara had going for him in that state. 8th gate is far beyond kage level. So much so, that were it not for the resurrection jutsu, Madara would have died despite having the 6th Path chakra and powers at his disposal! Madara .. the man who battled the God Of Shinobi on equal footing for god knows how long. Madara admitted as much. Personally, I don't think anyone outside of the Otsutsuki Clan and the 6th paths enhanced Naruto and Sasuke would stand a chance against 8 gates Guy. If Sgae-state Naruto could defeat Pain, I believe a 7th-gate Guy could do it too. He wouldn't need 8 gates to do it. The ONLY obstacle I can perceive is that Guy lacks Sage Naruto's ability to sense .. which would inhibit his ability to locate and defeat Nagato. But still, if Guy destroyed all 6 bodies of Pain, then Nagato would have no offense. The battle would be over until Nagato got some new bodies outfitted, which would take time. Time for Nagato to travel back to his lair. Time for the bodies to be prepared with the black rods. Time for them to travel back to Konoha. I personally have stated that 8-gate users have some of the greatest untapped potential in the manga. They are not like Senju or Uchiha that are born predisposed to have enormous gifts. They are not like the the jinchuriki, which are given a superhuman boost /battery that makes them as powerful as Kage without much effort or training. No .. the 8-gate users are instead the hardest training characters in the manga hands down. They reach heights usually reserved for elite main characters/elite antagonists that NEED to be uber powerful for the sake of entertainment in major battles. 8-gate users ONLY use the 8-gates. Could one imagine of someone like Guy or Metal Lee learned Tsunade's Creation Rebirth .. where their body would break down from using 8-gates while simultaneously repairing itself so to not suffer the ill effects of using the 8th-gate? As it is, Guy can use the 7th-gate without any side effects for over an hour. It is also important to note that the Kisame that Guy fought wasn't a mere "clone". It was one of White Zetsu's substitution technique .. which is bolstered by the fact that the clone is made from Hashirama Senju's cells. Regular clones are usually dispatched the first time they are hit with anything substantial. This is not the case with Zetsu substitutions. Its also important to note that 30% has nothing to do with how powerful the Kisame substitution was. That's simply how much chakra reserve Kisame allowed White Zetsu to take from him to make that substitution. What does that even mean? It means that the Kisame had 30% of the chakra reserves of the original .. and that doesn't mean that the Kisame substitution was just as powerful. It simply means that the Kisame substitution would reach exhaustion 70% faster than Kisame. Every justu available to original Kisame was available to substitution Kisame. But people use the 30% detail to somehow surmise that Might Guy wasn't as powerful as he really is because the Kisame substitute wasn't as powerful as he should have been. We saw in the end, it really made no difference. Kisame wasn't the titan that everyone thought he was. Naruto, Sasuke and Might Guy turned out to be the titans. Just ask Madara.

You are NOT the author. Therefore, you are writing your best wishes, not anything that has to do with the canon story. Also, regardless of tomoe or sharingan, Madara was a resurrection body complete with all the benefits(invulnerability) and none of the weaknesses(partial power or being controlled) *AND A SAGE OF THE 6 PATHS AT THE SAME TIME.* Guy is thee only one INCLUDING NARUTO AND SASUKE that was able to devastate Madara without the help of the Hagoromo .. an immortal that defeated his mother and grants immeasurable power to rivals throughout history. Guy is THEE ONLY character who was able to not only one up 6 Paths Madara, but he did so without using ninjutsu. 8 Gates is only limited by the fate being sealed by those who open the 8th gate, but as I've written before, there is a work around if one has the talent/ability to achieve it. So perhaps you are the one who needs to calm down. Anyone battling an Uchiha is at a disadvantage because while Guy might be a comedic character, every Uchiha is a SPAM CHARACTER simply because they gain power just by being .. which makes them weak and simple plot devices as foils. At least Guy represents the power an extremely intense work ethic and the benefits one would reap from developing one. What does any Uchiha represent other than being whiny, power-hacks that consistently seek to betray those who they have served next to their entire lives? Uchiha are unstable, whiny little emo-bitches that demonstrate that with even a little power, some people will almost always be corrupted by it. The Uchiha are the mass school-shooters of the Narutoverse. Which is why emo-sarcastic fanboys so strongly identify with them.

ģřœğ ğůìń Akatsuki doesn't hold back. They don't have to hold back. They've never met an opponent that they couldn't overwhelm! Naruto is the only opponent that Pain couldn't overwhelm. If they could have, they would have. One doesn't have to kill to defeat an opponent. Pain could have used every trick that he had and he still would have lost. And this was only against Naruto using sage mode. If it were Naruto in KC mode, it wouldn't have even been a contest. If Pain had attack Konoha when Naruto had achieved KC mode, then there probably would have been few if any deaths. Now, if Pain would have attacked Konoha when Naruto had achieved 6 Paths Sage Mode, it would have been Naruto swatting a fly. My point? Pain holding back against a sage mode Naruto isn't impressive when sage mode was Naruto's first real power-up. I dare say the entire Akatsuki clan could have gone all-out against KC Mode Naruto and they would have been decimated within minutes. No one but Pain would have stood much of a chance against KC Naruto. Not even Itachi would have stood much of a chance. If he did, it would have been because Itachi knew things that Naruto didn't about like the Yata mirror or the Totsuka sword. Just on raw power alone, the entirety of the Akatsuki attacking KC Naruto at the same time would have been wiped out swiftly. This is not even the Sage of 6 Paths Naruto. In closing, the dynamic of Naruto is played out through Naruto and Sasuke. Naruto, the struggling hard worker .. and Sasuke, the "prodigy" that gained power-ups just because of who he was related to and for breathing. Even the lead character himself didn't epitomize the supreme work ethic the way that Guy and Rock Lee did. They were everything that Naruto worked to be .. except Guy and Rock Lee weren't from special blood lines and didn't have bijuu sealed inside of them. There were no special shortcuts for Guy and Lee. There were no demons to seal inside of them. There were no forehead pokes or bleeding eyes to bestow upon them. Guy specifically, was able to go BEYOND kage level and battle the most powerful human adversary in the Naruto universe for his people. That's not something that either Naruto or Sasuke could have done on their own without the constant intervention of Sannin mentors, miraculous power-ups and phantom sages choosing them to be the incarnation of his sons. Neither Guy or Lee had any of that going for them .. but they reached a level of achievement that NO OTHER SHINOBI from ANY village reached as seen when it was time to confront the greatest human threat the 5 nations had ever faced. Call them comedic characters if you like ģřœğ ğůìń, but Guy and Lee are everything that Jiraya hoped that Naruto would be: Gutsy ninjas. More so that Naruto himself in fact.
