Perfect timing, for 3 weeks now my wrist flexors have been getting more and more stiff, even with rehab work, from going hard in deep hook weekly haha, looking forward to relief, can't put any power down

Arm wrestling tendon pain around the lower bicep and elbow is crazy. It gets better but then when you go workout, it flares back up. It took me 3-4 weeks to heal from my first table session. Healing does get better with time though.

@@Kalviel yes. Very light weight body building stuff with wrist work. When I started I couldn’t workout at all for several days but when I finally did it was lightweight. I noticed a big improvement in recovery time after about 6 months of consistent table time. Now after 8-9 months of consistent training I recover in just 2-3 days from practice depending how hard I go. By recover I mean no real soreness. Biggest thing is now I can train harder in the gym. There for awhile it was just practice and rehab between practice. Best thing for recovery to me is good nutrition, sleep, and try to do atleast light compound bodybuilding stuff. It heals faster if you’re doing something to get a pump. May not be able to do arm isolation exercises but things like pull downs, face pulls, chest press on a machine, shoulder press type stuff is good. No dumbells tho as moving those around aggravated the tendon. For awhile I was literally doing only 15lb dumbbell curls because any heavier hurt lol.

@@Kalviel yes I did but very light stuff in the gym. For me doing basic things like light standard bicep curls, tricep push down and wrist curls on a cable machine help. When I say light weight I mean like 15lb dumbells. Just enough weight to do a lot of reps for a pump. After about 6 months of consistent table time I’m healed enough to arm wrestle again in 3-4 days. But I hit the gym everyday even if it’s only light weight.

@@lucasalbuquerque4550 whatever you do don’t not do anything. I was in planet fitness doing 15lbs dumbbell curls and 20-30lb ez curl bar bicep curls. Girls were using more weight than me lol. The weeks I arm wrestle and then don’t workout I’m sore for a longer period. Doing a very light bicep/tricep/forearm workout the next day really helps.

3:30: Claes talked about stretching helping you feel what muscles may be the problem. Yep, not muscles, but I felt the ligaments in my wrist. It may be good to do stretching just to see issues before they become real problems. And now that I think about it, I stretch habitually in armwrestling practise. Maybe that's a reason I've not gotten any practise-stopping injuries yet. Just some post-practise pain that goes away in a few days.

What is the best time for therapy before bed or right after workout? Massage and stretching regularly helps with keeping my full ROM but will it decrease my strength?

What about outer elbow? Tennis elbow? Massively affecting my grip and stability with dumbbells. Can’t even access my strength when it hurts a lot

The nerve pain i feel all through my arm is intense. I worked out on Monday just gone and did chest.. OMG the pain was so bad, my whole arm was ringing and i was drastically losing strength. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as everyone I ask just says to work through it.

My mediap elbow tendon is swollen but i am rehabbing it by exercises. Swelling came down for some time then come again . I can do basic movements pain free and exercises low weight pain free. What should i do know

Modern physical therapy is just one aspect of whole histic physical therapy. More attention needs to be put into spiritual/emotional/psychotherapy healing, diet, nutrition, deet hoxeeng(have to spell it like this because of sensor ship) etc.

-Don't do moves with agitades it. For example I have to be careful when I stretch my forarm flexors. Or if I do rising movements with big aplitutes and heavy weights -Try cooling with water every once a while -Just move you fingers, because the finger tendons pass there in this area, so this should kind of help to go get rid of inflmation and also have the area moving without agitading it, which usually is helpful with healing processes... Hope it helps
