The 54-year-old multi-hyphenate appeared to be looking at new mega-mansions in nearby Los Angeles on a sunny, balmy day. Her cool look consisted of an oversized sweater that occasionally fell off her shoulders, white pants, and large hoop earrings.

Property information reveals it is "newly rebuilt and expanded" and features a 12-car garage and 80-car parking. The property also includes a "unique" indoor sports complex, a 5,000 square foot guest penthouse, a caretaker's house and a two-bedroom caretaker residence.
In addition to indoor sports facilities, Jennifer also has a basketball court, a pickleball court, a boxing ring as well as a fully equipped gym. The couple was also spotted house hunting in New York City last month.
The Let\'s Get Loud singer and the Argo star looked at three properties in the Big Apple, specifically on the Upper East Side. Jennifer and Ben are eyeing a townhouse at 226 E. 68th St., which rents for $45,000 a month, according to Gimme Shelter (per the New York Post). They're also considering a relatively smaller (compared to their current home in Beverly Hills) 3,024-square-foot townhouse just a block away at 342 East 69th Street, which is on the market for $5.95 million. did.
