Actually I only have three rails on this build. Two are superpens, one is feedback cascade. You are right about the long range mod. In my opinion there is no better modification for this weapon. Being able to snipe up to 6km is just outweighing everything else.

If your main reason is that you do not want to give some loose change to a pirate player, why are you not using one of your properly fitted and engineered ships and laugh at him, while he is desperately trying to stop you? Wouldn't this be something you could enjoy?

If there had been more police ships or an Security Anaconda, I would have had to leave. So he played it smart. Can't really blame him for that. He was pretty angry at the end tho.
