Walkthrough of Painkiller Paroxysm: Battle Out of Hell (patch 1.04) on Nightmare difficulty level. During the playthrough, I will try to discover all secrets and unlock all Tarot cards. Painkiller Paroxysm is a modification for the original Painkiller that fixes errors and bugs, balances gameplay, adds new weapons, and much, much more.
