You just reminded me of a story…a friend from long ago who was a terrific oil painter decided to try water color… she painted a lovely scene of an Autumn forest floor but with little or no water! 🤗it was stunning but not very different from her oil paintings except for the shine.

Can I do watercolour on printer paper? I have Staedtler Watercolour tablets and a stack of printing paper in my room. I understand that watercolour paper is best as it can handle the water from the paint, however it is really expensive where I live and makes it inaccessible..
