My oh my what an arrangement Mr. Elfman came up with! Love, love, love so many of his choices: this one took awhile to figure out and try and capture the quintessential Elfman harmonies. After Ramin Djawadi's legendary cover of this song for Westworld, I didn't think there was additional room for this piece in another popular T.V. series, but boy do I stand corrected. Finished learning and memorizing took 2.5 weeks. I always love piano arrangements of music meant for other instruments which is why i love Liszts transcriptions of symphonies for solo piano. This was amazing thank u for this video

This is really nice! Defo going to learn it. But as someone who is learning violin how is there left hand aswell. Instruments like the cello and violin only have treble clef (right hand on piano). Is it what you heard in the original music or just made it sound nicer? I’m not trying to criticise just wondering!!! Thx

Good question! Yes, for a piano arrangement I listened to the orchestration of the piece going on behind the solo cello playing to make use of both hands. If you were to do it for violin, I would simply ignore the left hand and just play the melody!
