Hey Chad & Jolene you are getting really close to paint now! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now! Chad I have watched your videos in the past where you have painted cars so I know that you can do a good job painting and I can't wait to see it in paint! Jolene great work as always you are really good with the camera and the production! That Ford will be a fun car to run around in and your Bugatti will really be a blast for you to drive around if Chad gets it done for you for this summer which is coming up fast on us!

Chad, I've been following this build from the beginning and I just want to say that you are showing the average "Backyard Builder" what is possible even if they don't have $80,000 to throw at a build. God bless you and Jolene, Nate, and Doug. I'm 74 years old and not that it means anything but I'm kinda old school and I can't wait to see how the Terraplane works out although I would prefer a new paint job on it. Patina doesn't do a thing for this old man. God bless and have a wonderful day. 👍👍🙂

windex or any of those glass cleaners are excellent prep before paint, i started using it on the waterbourne paints when we changed to them at work but i now use it for solvent base / clear, want proof, try cleaning a bathroom mirror with panel wipe,

I always laugh at all the online professionals that comment. Just remember 90% of you don’t have any cool cars, Chad has an extremely large garage full of them. Are they all 100%? No. Are any 100%? No. But he loves them. That’s all that matters to him. And the even all the haters on here are helping him. Haters comment more than his fans, lol. Comments and views are what make his channel money

Great Tip, I just wouldn’t use it not knowing how the ammonia would react when using expensive paint. I like sprayway glass cleaner , it’s ammonia free. Either way great tip, it works for you so should be good on the paint you use.

Does Chad have a set of clothes that he wears for working, for wearing around the house, and for wearing outside the house? Does he have "categories" of clothes? I've got "work clothes", and "not work clothes" (I'm a builder / construction), so I don't mix the two as much as possible. Paint, dust, grease, etc. You'd almost want to have different furniture to store them separately! Love the content, and great videography, this channel never fails to give great content.

Please people don't try to learn from this video . He is not a professional . This is the kind of thing that you see in someone's back yard. Tune in to some professional body shop videos and see the difference. Things like using glass cleaner can cause contamination . Sanding in the paint booth is also a recipe for paint disaster with dust contamination . When it is finished they won't show the defects up close . You will think it looks great .
