Doing PPF is expensive & foolish. My friend had done it for 16k being claimed this will last up to next 5 to 6 yrs comfortably. But unfortunately it peeled off after 1.4 yrs & on top of that the original paint gets sticky as well.

Exactly... In Bangalore, My Friend had his CBR 250 tank laminated with such PPF, he was charged at around 2500/- just for the tank. For 10-15k u can get ceramic coating on your entire bike.
