I'm going to try this it seems so relaxing and if you mess up it's ok but I know your skilled! Art can look so easy to a talented artist and I know it takes patience and persistence to hone in on the craft of painting. All to often I quit because what I imagine isn't a reality when I look at what I've draw or painted. I have loads of paints pencils canvas and brushes but don't have little pallet knives. I'm on a mission to get on! Thanks so much for sharing. There is no way anyone can make ugly art I'd say just give it a try and keep searching for the thing that brings you the most joy with me I just have joy doing all kinds of art but have no confidence in my ability although everyone tells me your such a talented artist crafter I often hide my drawing and painting or crafts because I was stuck on perfection and others opinion we must not cripple ourselves like that cause it stops us from creating and feeding our spirit with joy! I'm going to keep on practicing. I have art my son did in kindergarten he's 31 yrs old now and I recently just sat and really looked at them for first time and the one thing I truly admired was the simplicity and how with just a crayon he created such a spontaneous and lively piece of art that 30yrs later inspired me to stop being a perfectionist pick up the paint and let it flow let it flow, also the drawing had such an emotional impact on My Heart My Spirit cause children paint and draw what they "SEE" and "FEEL" and I could "SEE" that he was "FEEL"ing wonderful and his happiness was forever recorded by his own stroke on paper! It's just amazing how his innocence and love was captured forever on blank paper with a crayon. I'm so happy I've kept them so long. I'm having them framed they are to me as priceless as a masterpiece in a museum. Thanks for sharing your beautuful artistic talent with the World.... "I'm subscribed"

It would be lovely if u make a video showing all the brands that is heavy medium acrylic as I see this question asked every time in all your videos. However your answer is so general, we as newbies are still so puzzled or could not get it. If u find the link on Amazon, EBay or Taobao or Aliexpress it will be so helpful.

Beautiful sunflowers. Love this technique. Your opening vid mentions that you used 3d heavy body acrylics or liquidtex. Where I live liquidtex is in various formulas; 1 is for normal acrylic usage. This is what I use but it doesn't have the thickness that shows in your vid. Should I be using a "thickener" or look for liquidtex that says something as "heavy body"?

this definitely looks like oil paint, and oil paint is what you usually use for these things because it is much thicker.

This type of painting requires thick paint. What I found in the market are thin paints. Do u suggest some paint brand?

Add a painting medium. Heavy body acrylic gel. It’ll make your paints last longer too.

I have been trying to get thick enough paint to do any of this kind of painting but with no luck. What is it that I need to look for? I have tried all the online do it yourself textures and they have failed. I’m so disappointed. My paints are so expensive here and to keep adding more to them to thicken them up and wasting them is driving me crazy. Any input would be helpful. A brand name maybe that you use. Nothing comes up when I try to order. I’m a newbie in case you didn’t know! 😂 I honestly don’t know what to type in for the description, but I really want to try out painting since I became disabled.
