I've watched several watercolour painting in procreate, but this is the first that actually describes the techniques involved besides just "use my brush". I am excited now to believe I will be able to emulate my natural watercolour painting ❤️❤️

Dear Abbie, again a wonderful tutorial!! Many, many thanks for it! ❤ I can only echo other comments; Please, please more tutorials where we can see and learn how brilliantly we can use your brush sets. I also have all or almost all of your brush sets - and yet am often at a loss as to which brush I could best use for what. These tutorials are so so so so helpful for that! And the quality of your brushes is awesome!!! Thank you so much for these beautiful kois! ❤

I haven’t watched this video yet, but I’ve already downloaded your free brushes and sampled them. I’m in love! I wonder why the developers at Procreate didn’t create such awesome brushes. I guess software developers aren’t artists. It reminds me of when you see a house with a badly designed kitchen you just know the architect probably couldn’t even boil water. Their focus is all wrong. You’re awesome, Addie!

Thank you. I was just rough painting a big fat tubby koi yesterday and thinking there are so few tutorials ( nice ones ) on the subject. love what you did here. Your techniques always fascinate me. I have all your all your recent sets from Flooded onwards but really wish you posted more often using your own sets to demonstrate their prowress… give us more examples of which brushes to use in different art tutorials. I have forgotten to reach for these wonderful brushes because you’ve been so quiet. Now I am reminded! Lol . Keep well, Addie! Xx

Thank you so much, Barbara! I currently film with a camera mounted on a tripod overhead (the tripod has a horizontal extension so it can be parallel to the iPad screen - I have it linked in the video description!). I keep the lens focus set to manual, and usually dim my iPad screen so that the exposure isn’t blown out. I love gear and camera equipment so I could nerd out all day about it - let me know if you have questions about any specifics! 🤗

I love your tutorials, I've followed a few now and they've been great. However, every video requires a different purchase. It's frustrating as a new user because your tutorial requires spending a fortune ($15-20 per set and sometimes you need multiple) so these tutorials are not sustainable at all. It would be helpful to pepper in a few tutorials that use the base tools that come with procreate...
