Girl, i totally get you about the anxiety. I have had a shit 16 months.. the passing of a family member, health issues with myself etc, So my anxiety has been through the roof and ive mainly been doing paint by numbers or cross stitch to keep me grounded. Now just hoping this covid crap ends soon, so i can see my grandbaby being born! Sooooo good to see you posting videos again ❤

Welcome back....its been so long, great to hear from you again. I find some are different in size in the darker diamonds and they don't line up right. It calms my mind and distracts the mind when its racing.
