i love moebius, he is an icon! it's funny because i didn't knew his work for too long. it was a comment like this mentioning similarities that made me search his name and BOOM i was in love. such a genius 🔥

I really enjoyed this video; there is much to like here. In particular how you kept going through disappointment to make this painting so good in the end… push/pull in action. mhh, a liner brush is what helps me a ton. the ones with longer bristles, helps getting steady lines :D thanks for watching 🤍

Beautiful! Are you using gummed tape? If it is adhesive tape, you can use a heating tool to melt the adhesive & gently remove the tape without tearing the paper. If it is gummed tape, which I'm assuming it is, where you add water to it - ignore me, lol. Absolutely love your style. Are you familiar with the artist, "Peter Chung"? 🎨💜

thanks a lot! the paper was actually teared from the failed attempt of using water activated tape (and i knew i would have to cut it in the end) but i didn’t plan that the paper would buckle that much and that i have to replace it with normal tape later.. that one would not stick to the paper when it it wet from the stretching process tho 😨 i think the problem was the easel i was working on, way too slick for the first tape, it had nothing to adhere to. no, I don’t know peter chung 👀 but i will go on a research mission immediately :D
