thank you! they call it a dotting tool. you can get it on its own or with a nail art brush at the other end. it comes in different sizes too. hope this helps! 💖💖💖

Why do you paint the head white first?

i give it a base color when doing orange and yellow, it gives a more even look... 💖💖💖
