This is such a great technique. I can’t wait to try it. I think I like the matte finish best. My late partner was a potter and she used to do raku. I love the look so much.

I may add white glue to paint for tackiness. So jealous of your custom gourd trays! My gourds are about small head size. Oh what fun now that I've seen your paint technique!!

I order pine needles from various places, same with imitation sinew, just do a google search you will find sellers.
