Hello again and happy holidays beautiful artists! This week we are painting wood rounds that make perfect Christmas ornaments or just fabulous mini-paintings as gifts for friends and family this holiday season! Paint along step by step to create two tiny winter scenes, a wreath with a joyful message and a flurry of snow and snowflakes! So fun and perfect for a holiday paint party or family activity for the most wonderful time of the year!

Good ideas for wood disks. FYI Painting back and forth breaks brush brissles. Go in one direction brushes last longer,

I enjoy painting acrylics on wood & mine always starts drying to fast (even when add slow-dry)? Can I use lil water & if needed let dry and go back? Ty as fun & make great gifts!

Hi there. Yes I always use a little water but it'll actually make it dry even faster. Try adding a coat of white first and yes, think layers rather than time to blend. Good luck and thanks for being here 🎨

@@PaintAlongWithSkye Thank you! Didn’t know water made it dry faster! So it’s similar to doing watercolors as do in layers but don’t need as much water & have painted white on second one to see how it goes 😊!
