GUYS! I FIGURED SOMETHING OUT When Paintbrush says first retirement, it implies that they are planning to come back to Season 2, since they are leaving season 3, and season 2 is the only other potential option. THEY ALSO SAY that they can't wait to make more memories with the Bright Lights, FURTHER implying that they are going to come back. Or at least TRY to, because in Brian's "How We Made Inanimate Insanity E14" he says that they have an arc planned for Paintbrush, but they cannot reveal it yet. AND IN EPISODE 14, Paintbrush has this line after Fan goes to get the egg: "Wait, Fan, we can't just leave... can we?" So THERE IT IS. I believe that Paintbrush will have a somewhat important role in II2 episode 15. AND SCENE!

Paintbrush felt different this interview, but in a really positive way! I love how the writers re-thinked how to present Paintbrush a lil, make them something other than “the angry one”, a more theatrical type of phrasing fits them perfectly and their voice actress sounds PERFECT for them :]

3:31 as someone who gets frustrated really easily I really feel thankful for these tips! Thanks Paintbrush!! Edit: Fun fact it works with anxiety too! I was feeling anxious and then tried this and it helped!! Oh also I had a weird dream where somewhere in the dream my brother was yelling at me and I repeated the “I am here I am safe” in my head and ended up in this calm, hypnotic state or smth. People seem to be on the fence about Paintbrush’s unusually dramatic personality in this interview, but I’d say it makes perfect sense based on scenes from episodes 1 and 8 in which Paintbrush got enough time to REALLY act out loud for an audience! This is their camera personality, I’d say!
