There are 1.8 billion children and young people today - their impact on the local communities is vital for endangered species' survival. 🌍💚
That's why we aim to support children and young people in becoming effective wildlife conservation and biodiversity advocates through education programmes.
In the video above, you can see our excellent education work with our partners in Zimbabwe. We're thrilled to announce our Children's Bush Camp has reached 640 children across 23 camps in the past six months.
We're also delighted to share our heartfelt salute to Wilton Nsimango, head of our education and community programs, marking two decades of unwavering service! His leadership has been instrumental in the success of the Iganyana Children's Bush Camp, a beacon of education in safeguarding painted dogs.
Under Wilton's guidance, the camp has empowered kids and the local community to understand and protect these incredible creatures.
Let's join hands in applauding his remarkable commitment to wildlife conservation!
