I understand that you've got kids, a husband and a ranch to take care of. I've watched your videos of you competing on your horse. That pony has talent. I love the fact she has a job during the week. It keeps her mind fresh. When I was barrel racing, my horse was used to work cattle and sometimes my husband would steer wrestle off him. He was an awesome horse. Shari Hoffmanm They make it look easy, but it is not! After busting your crotch for several hours, all sweaty and sticky is no walk in the park. Once they got the animals Paired up and separated, there was much more work to be done. Work that we do not see on the videos normally. Looks glamorous, but in the end it is just HARD WORK! God Bless them!

Sure looks like fun, however it’s like the rest of us raising horses, cows and kids, just on a grander scale. That is pastures that are in the thousands of acres not tens or hundreds. Everyone has two or three places to go at the same time- that’s what I tell my oldest son, “ that’s what you get for having Three! kids with two parents-“ Naturally, today I can laugh about it, back then it wasn’t so funny- db, Circle A Ranches, south Texas.

One time a lady offered to give the foal of my choice from her "Mini horse rescue" I chose a little Palomino stud colt, but we didn't have a fence or feed for hium.
