When you said that you wanted to merge the two walls, I smiled. That is what I was doing on top of a ladder last night. Painting a second wall above our huge shower area. This current painting of mine is inspired by the magic of the 2018 lava eruption that started in Leilani Estates on Hawaii island near where I live. Not tooting my own horn here, but I’m an artist, and going long periods of time without even picking up a pencil/brush/clay etc. is oddly normal; at least to me. Then out of no where you find amazing inspiration and create a masterpiece out of the blue. The satisfaction of creating a stunning work of art is a high for a while and you/I keep creating art for a while, then put the pencil/brush,clay etc down again for several months. I don’t know if that’s just me or not, but I’ve always been this way
