Would make more sense to paint the white star first, then mask for the blue, no?

You all recovered my Waco UPF-7 in 2016. She is absolutely beautiful still today!

It looks pretty cold there based on the clothing people are wearing. Is there an optimal cool temperature at which the paint has to go on?
