Painting ASMR for Focus + Pomodoro Timer ⏱️ No Talking

Having trouble concentrating on study/work? Try acrylic painting and paint by number sounds as background ASMR to focus on your tasks. The 2 hour video includes a 25/5 pomodoro timer, so you know when to take a break. Four 25 minute sections of uninterrupted working with 5 minute nature sound breaks in between. There's no alarm, when the pomodoro or break ends, but you'll hear it or see it from the changing audio and scenery. No midroll ads, no music, no talking.
The idea of the pomodoro method is to work uninterrupted during the 25 minute pomodoro. Mute your phone, don't check your emails. Leave that to the break in between the pomodoros.
