Thank you. I prefer Behr brand semi gloss acrylic latex exterior paint 🎨 but I also like PPG brand. I use acrylics

Hi-thank you for this informative video. I have exterior acrylic latex paint, but is the base coat merely this paint with water added to it?

Yes That’s it! You can try it in small amounts first and see what you think. I’ll have more advanced painting vids coming out this spring/summer My technique calls for base coating and contrasting most everything first, allowing to dry, then color. Good luck

What kind of primer and paint? And how do you apply the primer? I’ve seen some wet it first. And had others tell me that it shouldn’t be wet prior to primer.

I prefer Behr. I do not use a primer. I say try it both ways and see what works best for you.

slip moulding is very efficient, get a lot done in no time. (woops sorry its concrete...)

I do not. However, I would imagine it’s a similar process. It’s just a matter of learning how the paint absorbs and dries on resin etc (depending on what you use).
