The oil paint you used wasn't thinned enough with the odorless spirit. I would recommend thinning the oil paint more and to protect the paint job underneath I would recommend applying a layer of gloss varnish on the model after your base coating or really whenever you want to apply the wash. This video also contains none of the fluff of a normal painting video. Absolute joy to watch 9/10. And I hope this comment comes across as more helpful than unnecessary criticism, I think you did an amazing job on the mini and I cannot wait to see more!
