For a first custom this is great man, I wish I had the guts to give this kind of thing a go. Was there anything in particular that inspired the colour palette? The box needs your sticker added! 😍

My only idea I had in mind going into this project, is that I wanted to make it look like Pennywise was a shadow and the only colours being his eyes and face paint. (Also added in the grey for a bit of contrast) Pretty darn happy with how it turned out!! Yess I need to get a tiny sticker made for my customs 😄

What kind of paint did you use for the hair and eyes details?

I used acrylic paint!

is primer necessary? I don't have any atm and I'm trying to do a simple paint job

I wouldn't say it's absolutely necessary if you're doing something simple! The primer just helps create a blank canvas for you to start fresh! Hope that helps :)

@dominickholland1444 on the actual pop? Or on the box? If it’s on the pop, I’d gently cover it with a base coat of paint (whatever the main colour is of the part of the body you’re painting) and then go over it with whatever you want to cover it wirh

My question is… is it easy to like, paint the body? Or does it depend on the pose of it… cuz I wanna paint my uhhh squid game funko…

Honestly it’s totally up to you. I stayed away from the body because the detail was just too small and I didn’t think I could do it. But if you think you can do it, then go for it and have fun!!!
