We felt it was time for a paint refresh in our narrowboat home but we wanted to do everything as sustainable as possible.

We are Adam & Lauren, we live full time on board our 59ft Narrowboat with our dog Shanti. We are excited to welcome you into our daily life as we continuously cruise around the British waterways.

I watch about 35 vlogs of narrow boaters. I don't enjoy all of them particularly the younger ones who are so silly and think they are funny when they are not. Super job folks, great to see you putting your own colour to you life, Jan & I had to do the same whne we moved into our first 'own home' rather than Service Married Quarters, where for 25 & 1/2 years is was magnolia, or magnolia on the walls n white gloss all over with added magnolia.. Adam morning mindeset for sure is so so important, I know as I spens too long 'connected' to IT & ICT when GAIA is with whom I so love to connect with, our gardens ae pretty much sided down for the winter, we've some herbs etc a we hope will produce over winter, some late chitted spuds as we placed in bags of earth in the hope of growth, and that they have, hopefullfresh home grown spuds for Christmas lunch with some late carrots too. Lauren ~ Boat top Yoga looks FAB, with my balance a deffinate NO, as would be getting more dunks than downward dogs.. I have a "Feet Up Yoga" stool that is great for inversion / head stands ( well supported shoulders ) and a safe neck stands. However, balance now as it is, I use it with a wall near for support :-) Keep on keeping on doing n loving what you do & owning you you are too.. PMA & PMT Positive Mental Attitude Positive Mental Therapy Negative thoughts are NOT the problem It is the 💪POWER💪 You give them; 🤺 That's me fighting negativity ha!! 🤺 Take care ~ Love n Light n Learning from Jan & Mark. Adam, you are so right, this morning routine is really important…and because I’m traveling around trying to organize boat viewings, I do the same…and I feel it’s not healthy for me either, both physically and psychologically! I’m definitely going to use Lick paint too for future interior projects 😉 also love the towel folding/rolling technique, just like a pillowcase on a pillow…good space saver too 😂 And Lauren, wow love that tofu recipe…now I want one of those sandwiches! I notice such a difference in myself for the whole day depending on how I start my day.. try and create even a 10 minute plan before you go to bed of what you will do as soon as you wake up and feel the difference ☺️ so glad you liked the video and want to try our tofu special sandwich

Recommend blue/green/purple, ie, cool colours, for bedroom. Warm colours have the potential to interrupt sleep.

I’d never thought of squeezing tofu like that, usually I just wrap it in a tea towel and stick a chopping board with a heavy book on it on top. Does it change the texture doing it like you do?

Romans 3:23 states: "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;". We are all sinners, that have committed at least one sin in our lives, which earns us an eternal punishment in Hell. Revelation states 21:8 "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.". God sent his Son, Jesus, to Earth as a perfect sinless sacrifice. To take on all the sins of the world; both past, present, and future sins. Shedding his blood on the cross as a blood atonement for all sins. After dying on the cross, he rose from the dead on the 3rd day and rose to Heaven. To show life after death. To show everlasting life through Jesus's sacrifice. John 14:6 states: "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.". Romans 10:13 states "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.". Eternal life in heaven is just one prayer away. All you have to do is believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on the cross for your sins. As an atonement for your sins. And rose from the grave on the 3rd day. Ask Jesus to save you of your sins and give you eternal life in Heaven. Salvation is a free and everlasting gift from God. Please don't let pride drag you into eternal punishment in Hell, but ask Jesus to give you eternal life in Heaven. If you're getting a strong feeling of resistance while reading this, it's because Satan doesn't want you to get saved. He wants you to resist, and think it's not real. He wants you in Hell for all eternity with him. Hell is not a fun place, like worldly people like to imagine. It's everlasting torture with no relief. I'm only taking the time to text this, because I want to get the message out. There are so many distractions in life keeping people from witnessing to other people. Keeping people from thinking about salvation. Keeping you from thinking about life after death. Please, ask Jesus into your hearts to save you of your sins and cleanse you from all unrighteousness. Ask him for a place in Heaven, and he will save you from eternal damnation in Hell.
