Just a few tips I'm not sure if you need or not: Any issues past the first few layers are generally not related to bed leveling. By that point, the plastic has "self leveled" to a stable layer height. If you have any bed adhesion problems, taking the plate off and washing it under hot water with dish soap and drying lint free can do wonders. I highly recommend running extrusion multiplier and max flow tests with your most used filaments and printers, especially for huge prints.

Leave your cans mildly hot water for 5-15mins before you paint helps it comes out smoother

I put my paint cans in the sink and run hot water on them before I paint and that helps. If it’s cold as hell out I also will run a heat gun over the print before painting and while I am painting and that seems to help quite a bit.

Routine maintenance is key to longevity in a 3D Printing v Business. You must adhere to a set schedule of taking one machine offline every day until you have every pulley or bearing be greased and oiled.

We got a lot of similar interests lol. I use to mine bitcoin in 2012 and Eth in 2020. I’m also retired now lol. As someone else mentioned. Fill up a bucket with hot water and keep the cans in the hot water.

I think the filament brand needs a good brand name. But that awesome they will sponsor a show. I think some company should be coming. Your one on the best 3d printing shows on KZbin.

You need to grease your machines, it will help dramatically when you have print failures due to stringing and blowout

You need a warmer temperature, buy a small inflatable paint booth and a electric heater or oil heater. The higher the temperature the better your results. When have u ever heard a paint and body shop say “yeah we like wet weather and cold temperatures) never. Dude go strong on sexy models.

OMG. Please put the RAM in anti static bags. That plastic holder is a static electricity magnet. If I bought the RAM from you I would return it the same day. Now that I've upset everyone for being harsh, That would help you get a great price for the RAM.

Warm the prints before spraying - warming the cans will help a little but really you want the solvents to flash off the prints as quickly as possible so warm them up ready for spraying - make yourself a "warm box" - another tent with a fan heater, PIR foam box.. anything really, after spraying pop them back in the warmbox, pull them out in 5 minutes and give them another coat. I laughed out loud at your "cold and damp" is almost ideal for spraying comment... you should of added drafty and dusty as well !

I came from the mining side and subscribed to your other channel earlier this year. I just started printing some Xmas presents and this channel popped up in my feed. Check out really annoying card containers and the 3.0 version of it. I'm not sure how well these are selling but they're hilarious gifts. Cool channel. Looking forward to the AI thing.
