I have 2 thoughts. 1. You could paint a minimal design on each side that allows the uniqueness of the paint to shine through but differentiates which side so it's also functional for solving. 2. Paint one with each type of paint for each different sides. Great video. I'm enjoying your channel!
@crafty_j9572 жыл бұрын
See your second suggestion is what I originally thought when the video first started and honestly it was a bit disappointing that she didn't do something a bit more to keep the puzzle aspect of each cube. Awwwwe well, still fun to watch and the editing at the end with the Skittles was funny; especially her bit of surprise, WTF just happened, bit of acting

@@crafty_j957 spoiler to me to know it isnt... i mean i figured each side would be one type of paint and then solve that.... i am DISAPPOINTED

There's a guy who painted a room with the darkest black painted and it actually stop light from reflecting off of it. And even though the light bulb was literally right there, you could only see shadows on his face. The room was still pitch black. It was cool and creepy all the same time. I think it would have worked better with a regular black or something else as the base color. I'm enjoying all of your videos. Binge watching 😁😁😁 love your art work

Ugh... So difficult to choose with all of those fabulous choices... I’d have to say for me there was a tie between the Black 3.0 and the Mirror effect paints... My favorite cube was either the mirror cube or the gold cube. Love them both! But, if I was going to pick up any of the paints, I'd probably grab the Black 3.0. I'd use the black the most. And, speaking of blackest blacks, would you ever consider doing a video about drawing ink vs India ink vs acrylic ink? I'm just beginning to learn to ink pencil sketches and I've been using fine liners, gel pens, and ball point pens, but, their tips are so fine that it takes forever to shade in large spaces, so, I want to branch out to a brush and bottle of ink. I've heard lots of good things about India ink and lots of good things about acrylic inks, but, I haven't seen any videos that show which is more opaque or which is blacker. I'd love to hear your thoughts on Noodler's Arctic black ink vs. Liquitex black ink!

Painting that McDonalds toy with the 'mirror' paint made me think of those capsule toys you can get, since a lot of them would have rare metallic variants that looked cool. I once repainted an old McDonalds toy with sparkly nail varnish to make it look nicer, it can be quite fun to do and I'd totally watch a whole video of just that sort of thing.

I really love the blackest of Black, the mirror silver and the pearl the best. Cool products. I’d love to see you use them as accents in a adult colouring book. Say, silver for a mirror, black for the background and pearl for a lady’s jewellery ie: pearl earrings or necklace. Just to see how the products react on paper. I love your channel and I’ve just ordered a 2022 planner from you. I can’t wait for it to arrive. All the for 2022. I can’t to see what you come up with. 🇦🇺👍🏻🎨🖌

I love this idea so much and wanted to try painting on one myself. I didn't want to risk using my mini keychain or my one for fidgeting so I got a cheap one from the dollar store. I was so excited when I saw this. I was even more impressed that you re-learnt to solve the cube. I still cannot solve it and do not have the patience to learn to solve it. Then I realised that you were not going to paint each side differently 😟. I was hoping you would paint each side and then solve it. I loved the black Ping pong balls against your black shirt, but also wanted to see them against a white shirt. Please repaint a few cubes with different sides different Hustle paints. And edit solve them while you are painting them. Love this video. Amazing editting! I would love to see you use these paints in other projects. Maybe at least 1 project using multiple Hustle paints and then ones that are suited to, or more, of these amazing paints. I only saw the blackest black, mirror, and pearly pearl. So I was so excited to the others. BTW there have been a few other art KZbinrs who have customised cubes.
