The introduction page scares me, so often, I leave it blank until the end, which means it's not a motivating introduction page. Other times, I draw my art supplies and use this page as a "fancy" swatching page, which helps me because it looks cool and doesn't pressure me. I'm not sure why, but sketching inside my books is no problem. For the first page, I assume it is a more finish-looking piece, and this can be hard.

Do you use just water to revive the gouache? Mine are hard like rocks and I'm kinda scared of adding too much (also I saw someone using some kind of oil and idk if I would mess them up just with water) Also sadge that i couldn't take that sketchbook in time, it's so pretty and matches perfectly with my hydrangea bag 😓

I only use water to revive my guache! I have seen some people put glycerine though but to be on the safe side i would try only water! 🍀
